Shirley I. Harbour, 84, of Wildwood passed away Monday, August 1, 2016. Mrs. Harbour was born July 1, 1932 in Hilton, NY to George Thomas and Flora Irene (Thompson) Skutt. She moved to Wildwood in 2002 from Orlando. Shirley was a member of the First Christian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 286 in Pinecastle, FL. Survivors include her children, Michael P and Ginger Chapman of Orlando, Douglas C and Gayna Chapman of Orlando, Jerry and Linda Chapman of Myrtle Beach, SC, Marlene and Mike Hern of Jersey City, NJ, Wendy Sue Chapman of Wildwood; siblings, Laverne Skutt of Wildwood, Bob Skutt of Wildwood, Elizabeth Bennett of Lockport, NY, Beverly White of Norwalk, CA, Eva Kipp of Lockport, NY. Shirley was preceded in death by her first husband, Melvin E. Chapman; second husband, Robert E Harbour; 3 sons, Timothy, Derrick and Gary; 2 brothers, John Skutt and Richard Skutt. Visitation will be held 11:00am – 1:00pm, Friday, August 5, 2016 in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel. Memorial services will be 2:00pm, Sunday, August 14, 2016 in the First Christian Church. Inurnment will be private at Florida National Cemetery.
