Robert Lawrence Ingram's Obituary
Robert Lawrence Ingram, 63, of Wildwood, FL and Levittown, PA, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2016. Mr. Ingram was born November 9, 1952 in Cleveland, Mississippi to Walter George and Nettie Mae (Wilson) Ingram. He retired as the Vice President of the Human Resources Department for Congoleum Flooring Company after 40 years of service. Robert purchased his home and began vacationing in Wildwood in 2007 in preparation for his retirement. He was a member of the Haines Road Southern Baptist Church in Levittown, PA. Robert gave of himself and served his community in many ways including Habitat for Humanity and the March of Dimes. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and bowling. Survivors include his loving wife of almost 40 years, Barbara; sisters, Teresa Houston and husband, Richard and Nettie Lynn Burchfield and husband, Dan; sister-in-law, Linda Ingram, brother-in-law, James “Billy” Smolenski; uncles, Leon “Brother” Keith and wife, Faye and Frank Keith; aunt, Mary Sue Tackett along with many nieces and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and brother, George.
