Patricia B. Newell's Obituary
Patricia B. Newell, 82, of Wildwood, passed away Monday, February 2, 2015. Mrs. Newell was born May 5, 1932 in Parris Island, SC to the late John Joseph and Bernice (Cox) Buckley. She moved to Sumter County in 1970 from Tampa and retired from the Sumter County Schools working as a Librarian for Webster Elementary. She was attending the Leesburg Christian Center and was a member of the Retired Teachers Association and the Wildwood Women’s Club. Patricia loved animals and cared for many along with her pets. Survivors include her daughter, Mary Buckley of Palm Springs and son Daniel Newell. Patricia’s family and friends will celebrate her life with a service 2:30PM, Thursday, February 5, 2015, in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society/SPCA of Sumter County, P.O. Box 67, Lake Panasoffkee, FL 33538.
