Patricia Ann Caruthers' Obituary
Patricia Ann Caruthers, 87, Odessa, Florida went to be with the Lord on August 10, 2017 at her residence under the loving care of her family and staff of Gulfside Hospice. Mrs. Caruthers was born on December 8, 1929 in Dayton, Ohio to her parents Arthur Pearce and Ida (Fry) Pearce. She was a longtime resident of Odessa, Florida who had originally moved from Ohio. She was a Homemaker and a member of Faith Church of the Nazarene of Odessa, Florida. She enjoyed sewing and making her children’s clothing, loved to go fishing and cooked many meals with love for her family. She is survived by her loving children: Judith (Don) Caswell of Ocala, FL, Harmon Ellis Caruthers, Jr. of Dade City, FL, Patricia Kay Heintzelman of Odessa, FL, Robert Hunt (Lucie) Caruthers of Brooksville, FL, Donald Martin (Becky) Caruthers of Tampa, FL and Cheryl (Greg)Caruthers of Odessa, FL; a brother: Donald Marshall Carney of Ohio; a sister: Franketta Dixon of Ohio; eleven grandchildren; thirty one great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 12:00PM (Noon) at Oak Grove Cemetery, Wildwood, Florida. On-line condolences may be shared by visiting www.bankspagetheus.com.
