Captain Mac, as we referred to him in those days, was a respected and admired pilot and officer. He was supportive of his men, a mentor, an inspiration and a friend. He remains a fond memory in my life. I am sorry for his family's loss.

Clay and I were heartsick to hear of Kendall's passing. We were married by Kendall at Little Heaven Farm in Williston, Fl., Dec. 12, 1999. We still have lots of pictures and our vows that Kendall wrote for us. We will be forever grateful to have known both of you. I hope that you find comfort with the memories of your time together.

I will never forget our many good times at SHAPE and subsequently while visiting Ken and Carola at their house or them coming to our house. A truly good time was had by all when Kan, Carola, Freddie and Nadine (from Belgium), and my former wife and I spent a long weekend in New Orleans. As usual, Ken was the life of the party! Since knowing him, I have always considered Ken one of my very best friends; a person who cared more about others than himself. Gene and I are really going to miss him. I am so sorry to hear about Ken. I am going to miss him, his style of flirting with all the girls and making each one feel special, his friend hugs and kisses, and his smile. What a gift of joy and happiness he had and how generously he shared.
I know he and Myron are now up there golfing away and Myron is helping Ken find 'his golf ball'. They were good golfing buddies.
You and Ken had a special relationship, cherish the memories. And you my friend, I pray that your memories of all the things you did for each other and with each other sustain and ease the transition of this journey.

John and I are so sorry for Ken's passing and your loss. I know how much you both loved each other and took care of each other during the good times and the hard times. He was such a loveable guy and such a positive guy in heart and spirit. I will miss getting his "thoughts of wisdom" via emails. Whenever I did something for "the group" he always was one of the first people to thank me. I hope you know how many people loved him and you and that you are in our hearts and prayers at this sad time.
