Joyce C. Palmer, 89, of Wildwood, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2016. Mrs. Palmer was born July 13, 1926 in Oxford to Malcolm and Marie (Brown) Collier. She has lived here all of her life graduating with the class of 44 from Wil Read Obituary
I have wonderful and cherished memories of Mrs. Palmer and all her family. She was my "second mother" in college when I was her daughter, Suzanne's, roommate. My love and prayers are with all of you. May her memory be for a blessing.
