"Come all without, come all within. You've not seen nothin' like the Mighty Quinn!" And the Mighty Quinn he was. He loved that song-you could see it. He "borrowed" my 45 to learn it. I wonder if he still had it?
It was my honor & privilege to go through school with Jim. He was a good friend & part of a very special time in my life. He was a great musician & patiently taught me to play bass guitar. As the bass player for The Sorority, we had many good times playing breaks for The Magic Circle, then were able to go out on our own. If it hadn't been for him, I could never have done it!
My deepest sympathy to all the family.
