Steve and Aunt Betty Jo,My heart and prayers go out to you over the loss of Uncle Perry. We hold that wonderful hope of being reunited with him in the glory of God's kingdom, but the temporary separation is a hard and hurtful thing. It is a rare thing to know a person of whom no bad things are ever spoken. Uncle Perry, to my knowledge, is one of those men. He was kind, loving, and truly cared for every person he encountered. I have sat under his teahcing in Sunday School, and then watched him live it out as well as anyone I have known. A truly special man of God.Steve, how he loved you. Every time I saw him he would talk about you. Speaking from experience, you will obviously never get over the loss of your dad, but it sure is a comfort knowing he loved you and knowing you will see him again.Aunt Betty Jo, thank you for being so good to Uncle Perry. You were always a kind, loving, selfless wife and a model of God's grace and compassion. I pray the Lord comforts you and continues to bless you for your faithfulness to Him.Love, Louis##imported-begin##Louis Hatcher##imported-end##

Dear Miss Betty Joe and family, God Bless Mr. Perry and God Bless you all. Mr. Perry was a good man. I remember years ago the boys and I were at Hardees and he was there with Joey, he always had Joey when he was younger, Mr. Perry and I were talking and he started sharing his philosophy about life and how when he was a kid his mom or his dad told him to always be positive and cordial to everyone. This has always stuck with me. God Bless his soul.Chris##imported-begin##Chris and Ruth Ann Wright##imported-end##

Aunt Betty Jo,I loved Uncle Perry with all of my heart. He played a big part in my life both in my childhood and in my adult years. He was a spiritual leader to so many. I am so thankful that we took that trip to the church convention. I will always say we looked like " Lucy, Ricky, Fred and Ethel"...as lost as we could be!! My life has truly been blessed to have been able to know and love Uncle Perry.##imported-begin##Angie Hatcher Cole##imported-end##
