Dear Steve and family,I was saddened to read about the death of your father. My heartfelt sympathy to all of you.My parents, Earl and Phyllis Hadley, were friends of "Gib and Gert" after WWII,along with the Goudy's, Fitz's,Crosses, and others. I know they treasured those friendships until their deaths in 2006 and 2007. To the family of Gib Titus.The HOA Board of Directors extend our deepest sympathy.Since Gib was the original developer of WCR, I would appreciate having the history of the community from the time it was developed until he sold it.
