My heart truly breaks hearing of the passing of Debbie Baker. She has such a wonderful, kind, considerate and compassionate soul. I am so very sorry for her dearly loved family's loss, most especially her husband, children and grandchildren; whom I know she loved and adored deeply. I am also very saddened for the incredible loss of all the dependent children in the 5th judicial district whom she could advocate for in her sweet and sincere way as a GAL. As very grief strickened as her loss makes me and as much as I would love for someone to say this is a mistake, I am very blessed to have had the opportunity to know such a beautiful lady (inside and out). God bless her, her husband, and bless the children and grandchildren she had to leave behind to begin her new journey. 🙏 May God hold you all in the palm of His hand. ❤️️
Debbie was our guardian ad litem during my grandchildren's horrific dependency case when the state removed them from their mother. Debbie spent many Saturdays in my home then and we maintained contact through out the following years. She was truly a kindred and spiritual spirit who did such wonderful work for children by being their voice in the judicial court arena. I am so fortunate to have known her. I know God has her now! ❤️
