He was the best. There was something so unique about a Mr. Huey hug - It was genuine and kind. And when he said he loved you, he meant it. I didnt know Mr. Huey in his younger years, but I had the pleasure of knowing him in his God-fearing years. His love for Christ radiated in nearly every conversation we had. He was so good with my children, and always pointed their conversations upward. He was such a large presence, and he will be missed GREATLY. I take comfort in knowing he's with his Savior now, and knowing he spent so many years with his family that he loved more than life itself. Everyone needs a "Mr. Huey" in their life. ❤️
Marlene and I will miss him. I used to sit next to him in men's bible study and he had good answers to the questions. He told good stores about his family and clean jokes. He knew Jesus as his savior and he is with him in heaven. He will be missed but if you know Jesus, you will see him again. He also told the the Gospel to anyone he met and and apologetics to thoses who did not think God will judge everyone in the end. He told the truths about the bible. We love you Huey. Huey and me shared so many memories
it is hard to pick just one. Every time we saw each other enjoyed picking at each other about something either one had gotten into over the years. He loved to laugh, tease or tell a story of some sort, but the one thing Huey never tired of doing was witnessing about what God had done in his life. The serious joy in his life was talking to or helping children. Huey/Bouke I love you and you will be missed very much. Aunt Sally
Huey was a friend of my brother, Ruben. He was a very joyful and kind man. He always kept us in stitches when we were around him. My sister and I babysat his 2 girls sometimes. I'm so sorry for your loss. He will be missed. GOD bless you all with peace.
My brother my friend my partner BigDawgs Bar B Que started with us. We had a lot of fun over the years. I'm going to miss our talks and laughter over the phone. We always brighten each others day. I love you, our last conversation ended with those three words. You rest easy my brother. I will be thinking of you often. Ricky N. Range (BigDawg)
Huey was my cousin and such a joy to be around. We will always miss him and his amazing sense of humor as well as his ability to include God’s love in most conversations. Our prayers are with all the family - much love to you all!
