Cecil C. Cochran, Jr., 87, of Wildwood, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2010. Mr. Cochran was born in West Palm Beach and moved to Wildwood in 1927. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during WWII and retired as a Conductor for Seaboa Read Obituary
