Wilma Marie Redding's Obituary
Wilma Marie Redding age 72 passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at her residence. Wilma was born in Tampa, Florida and spent her entire life in the Oxford area. She was a retired Secretary, with the Sprint Telephone Co. for over 30 years before her retirement. She was an active and longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Oxford. Wilma will be remembered most by her family and friends for her enjoyment of family. She was happiest when she was spending time with her grandchildren regardless of the occasion or task. She was predeceased by her parents Bill and Marie Cheshire and her brother Buddy Cheshire. She is survived by her sons- Wayne and Wade Watson both of Oxford and a daughter – Ann (Judge) Evatt of Oxford; 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 11:00 A. M. – 1:00 P. M. at the First Baptist Church of Oxford. The funeral service will follow immediately after the visitation at 1:00 P. M. with Rev. Dr. Don Manley serving as officiant. Interment will take place at Pine Level Cemetery, Oxford, Florida.
