William W. Ott, 86, Fruitland Park, Florida went to be with the Lord on December 23, 2012 in Leesburg, Florida. Mr. Ott was born on November 22, 1926 in Spangler, Pennsylvania. Mr. Ott was retired from Bethlehem Steel Company with 30 years of service as a Supervisor. He moved to Fruitland Park in 1981 from Valparaiso, Indiana and was a veteran of World War II serving in the Army Air Force. Mr. Ott was a member of Grace Bible Baptist Church of Leesburg and was member of the Masons and Shrine club as well as being involved with the American Legion and V.F.W. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years: Olive Ott of Fruitland Park, FL; a daughter: Judy Silhavy (Larry) of Dallas, GA; two grandchildren: Sheri Woodruff of Fruitland Park, FL and Scott Silhavy of Tavares, FL; six great-grandchildren.
