William J. Kay, 90, Fruitland Park, Florida passed away on June 14, 2026 at Cornerstone Hospice Mariposa House in The Villages, Florida. William was born on December 6, 1935 in Washingtonville, Ohio.
William and his beloved wife Vickie moved to Wildwood, Florida in 1992 from Pennsylvania. He was of the Catholic faith. William served proudly as a veteran of the United States Army. He was a sociable fellow who enjoyed playing slot machines with his late wife Vickie. William was a Handyman by trade and for many years was known for his good work at fair prices.
William is survived by Tabatha Dewey who he called “Daughter” and Mary Frank who he called “Mom” both of Fruitland Park, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, a sister and his beloved wife, Vickie Kay.
Private Interment services to be held at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Leesburg, Florida.
