William A Goad's Obituary
William A. Goad, age 86, of Wildwood passed away Monday, November 9, 2009. Mr. Goad was a 20 plus year member of the Light House Church of God and a Ret. U.S. Army Master Sergeant where he served under Gen. Patton, in the Korean War and two tours in Vietnam. William enjoyed spending time with his family, he is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sylvia, sons, Eben, Monte, William, Stephen, Jeffrey A, Jeffrey B, Jon and Scott, daughter, Patricia Kiser, sister, Ruby Goad, brother, Albert Goad, 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by a son, Richard, daughter Melody Willings, granddaughter, Katherine Kiser and a sister Ann Goad, and two brothers, Jimmy Goad and Robert Goad. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2009 at Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, November 13, 2009 at Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Chapel, with Interment to follow at 2:30 p.m. at Florida National Cemetery.
