Warren Lewis' Obituary
Warren R. Lewis, 83, of Ocala, passed away Monday, June 28, 2010. Mr. Lewis was born in Oxford and has lived in the area all of his life. He had served in the U.S. Army during WWII and retired from Road Construction. He attended the First Baptist Church of Ocala, and was a member of Wad-em-Up Hunt Club, Americus, GA. Survivors include his daughters, Shari McLemore, of Ocala; Rita Haralson, of Georgiana, AL; brothers, J.C. Lewis and Frank Lewis, both of Summerfield and Jud Lewis of Georgia; 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 P.M., Friday, July 2, 2010, in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 3, 2010 in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel. Interment will follow the service in Pine Level Cemetery, Oxford. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Hospice of Marion County, P.O. Box 4860 Ocala, FL 34478. On line condolences may be left by visiting www.bankspagetheus.com.
