Velma T. Goodman's Obituary
Velma T. Goodman, 81, passed away Wednesday, November 29th, 2017. Born April 8th, 1936 to Carrington and Mary Thompson in LaBelle Fl. She and her husband, Llyod C. Goodman, lived in Sebring and Lake Placid here in Highlands Co. for over 30 years.
She was a member of the Living Waters Church of God. Velma enjoyed attending church, visiting with her friends, and most of all spending time with her family.
Velma is survived by her daughters: Debra Bachant; Connie (Jerry) Crowley; Gina Goodman Wells; Samantha (Alexander) Goodman Robison; son Wayne C. (Jennifer) Goodman, sister Ruth Brooks, brother Wayne Thompson as well as 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00am Friday, December 8th, 2017 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens located at 854 Memorial Dr. Avon Park, FL 33825.
