Valmore K. Langelier, Sr.Valmore Karl Langelier, Sr., 82, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2011. He was a seasonal Florida resident until 2005 when he moved to Bushnell, FL from Rochester, NH. He held various positions at Simplex Wire and Cable in Newington, NH. His position before retiring after 38 years was Production Manager of Cable and Handling.He collected cars and coins for the grandchildren; played the guitar, organ and enjoyed Western movies. He also followed the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. In his younger days in Derry, NH, he played the trumpet in a Drum and Bugle Corps, and was a member of the Civil Air Patrol.He faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army for 7 years being stationed in Germany and Japan. He is survived by his loving wife Madelene S. Langelier (Fairfield) of 57 years; their children: Laurice Langelier (Carol), Valerie Langelier, Kathleen Langelier Burke (Rudy) and Valmore Langelier, Jr., his grandchildren: Tracie Cupela (Dustin) Greggory Arnold, Jeffrey Langelier, Alisha Martino (Brendon), Lea Bush, Valmore Langelier III, Rebecca Langelier, Riley Burke, Teagan Burke, Keeley Burke, their great-grandchildren: Daniel Cupela and Emily Gibson and his faithful Shiba Inu, Keera.Family and friends will meet at the guard gate in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL, exit 309, 2:45 pm sharp Friday, February 25, 2011.In lieu of flowers, you may donate in Valmore’s name to the non-profit Long Term Acute Care Hospital at Connerton 9441 Health Center Drive, Land O' Lakes, Florida 34637
