Thomas Bottomley's Obituary
Thomas W. "Bill" Bottomley , age 82 of Fruitland Park went to his heavenly home on Monday, February 23, 2009. He was born in Ferndale, Mi., moved to Dade City, Fl. in 1950 and to this area in 1959. He was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, head of LRMC Maintenance department for 7 years and later retired from the U.S. Post Office in Eustis as a Postal Carrier. Bill leaves the following message with us: "When our life on earth ends, eternal life begins - to know Jesus Christ is to spend eternity with Him". Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Billie of 53 years, many nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Visitation will be Thursday, February 26 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Chapel in Wildwood, Fl. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 27 at Trinity Assembly of God in Fruitland Park, where he was an active and long time member. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery, Fruitland Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Assembly of God 200 Urick St. Fruitland Park, Fl 34731
