Terry R Lowder's Obituary
Terry Richard Lowder, 70, Lake Placid, FL went to be with the Lord on November 1, 2012 at his residence under the loving care of family and Good Shepherd Hospice. Mr. Lowder was born on July 18, 1942 in New Castle, Indiana to his parents Maurice and Martha Lowder. He was a Well Drilling Expert in the Field of Well Drilling and proudly served his country in the U. S. Marine Corps and retiring and enlisting in the Army Reserves in Indiana and continuing service in the Army Reserves here in Florida and retiring. He moved to Lake Placid 30 years ago from Losantville, Indiana, and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Lake Placid, FL. He is survived by his loving wife: Brenda Lowder of Lake Placid, FL; four sons: Terry DeWayne (Darla) Lowder of Paragon, IN, Larry Allen (Pam) Lowder of Lake Placid, FL, Daryl Eugene Lowder of Royal Palm Beach, FL and Todd Richard (Donna) Lowder of Asheboro, NC; four surrogate children: Kathy Schill of Sebring, FL, Kimberly DosSantos of Clermont, FL, Lysa Gutierrez of Clearfield, UT, Jimmy (Sol) Pinillos of Lake Placid, FL; three brothers: Maurice Gene (Sue) Lowder of Lake Placid, FL, Gary Richard Lowder of Muncie, IN and Michael Fisher of Winter Haven, FL; three sisters: Rosemary Sayre of Forest City, NC, Carol Barnes of Canyon Lake, TX and Diane (Lindsey) Farer of Static, TN; ten grandchildren: Terry D. (Alesha) Lowder of West Palm Beach, FL, Joshua Allen Lowder of Lake Placid, FL, Rene (Scott0 Chapman of Sebring, FL, Kate Jessica (Ben) Esparza of Lake Placid, FL, Heather Lowder of Lake Placid, FL, Wyndel Hurst Lowder of LaBelle, FL, Katie Cissell of West LaFayette, IN, Maggie Cissell of Paragon, IN, Christopher Brown and Jarren Brown both of Asheboro, NC; ten great-grandchildren all of Lake Placid, FL; several nieces and nephews; Best Friend: James Lewis of Lake Placid, FL. Funeral Service will be on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 12 Noon at The Seventh Day Adventist Church in Lake Placid, FL. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Entombment to follow service at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Avon Park, FL. Services entrusted to Banks, Page-Theus Funeral Home, Wildwood, FL.
