Teresa Lara Hernandez's Obituary
Teresa Lara Hernandez, 75, Avon Park, Florida went to be with the Lord on September 15, 2013 at Florida Hospital in Sebring. Mrs. Hernandez was born on January 13, 1938 in Dr. Arroyo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to her parents Antonio Lara and Maria Lara-De La Paz. She worked for over 30 years as a Laborer in the Agricultural Industry. She and her husband have resided in Avon Park for over 33 years coming from Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Teresa was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed sewing and crocheting. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Felipe G. Hernandez of Avon Park, FL; five sons: Jose Luis Hernandez-Lara of San Juan, Texas, Felipe Hernandez-Lara of Kalamazoo, Michigan, David Hernandez-Lara of Edinburgh, Texas, Julio Hernandez-Lara of Brandon, Florida and Santiago Hernandez-Lara of Sebring, Florida; three daughters: Maria Luisa of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, Maria Teresa Anderson-Hernandez of Austin, Texas and Irma Studebaker-Hernandez of San Francisco,
California; four brothers: Jose Lara, Pedro Juarez, Juan Lara, Ramon Pizano; four sisters: Delores Lara, Carmen Lara-Worline, Rose Carnes, Blanca Gina Mendoza; and many loving nieces and nephews. Grandchildren: Javier, Blanca, Gabriel, Claudia, Cynthia, Claudia Aurora, Jose Luis, Mariana, Felipe Fransisco, Felipe DeJesus, Claudia Marisol, Wendy, Omar, Emanuel, Venessa, Sara, Valarie, Samuel, Victoria, Bradley, Betsabe, Julio Cesar, Brianna Alice, Brandon, Chelsie, Santiago David, Natalie, Amarissa Raquel, Ciara Celeste and thirty five loving great -grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father Antonio Lara, mother Maria DeLaPaz Juarez, and brother Raymundo Lara.
Visitation for Mrs. Hernandez will be held 10:00am – 12 noon, Saturday,
September 21, 2013 in the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring with the service beginning at 12:00noon and interment following the service in Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
