Susie Willene Rimes' Obituary
Susie Willene Rimes, 74, of Wildwood, FL went to be with the Lord Thursday, Aug. 18, 2011. She was born to Nathinel T. and Polly G. Callahan in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas on June 25, 1937. Susie attended Grace Tabernacle Church in Wildwood and was a Sunday School Teacher for K thru 9th grades at Potter’s House in Wildwood as well as a personal caregiver to family and friends. Susie loved nature and enjoyed working in the garden and at plant nurseries. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 37 yrs. William “Don” Rimes. She was survived by sons: Randy William (Marie) Proctor of Jay, OK; and Don Rimes of Simpsonville, S.C.; daughters: Rebecca (Danny) Danforth of Wildwood, FL and Tena (Mike) Sloan of Dade City, FL; sisters: Daphine Wright and Eudora Brown; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and many other spiritual sons and daughters. A visitation will be held Monday, Aug. 22 from 6-8 pm at Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am. Tues. Aug. 23rd at Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Home in Wildwood, FL.
