Susan Maria Maggio, 89, The Villages, Florida passed away on March 25, 2016 at Brownwood Health Care Center in Wildwood, Florida surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Maggio was born on February 8, 1927 in North Bellmore, Long Island, New York to her parents Frank Russo and Virginia (Cannarella) Russo. She was a Homemaker who loved to take care of her family. She and her late husband moved to Brooksville, Florida in 1977 from Dix Hills, New York after her health was in decline she moved to be with her son and daughter-in-law in to Sumter County. She was of the Christian faith, and liked to work on crafts such sewing and creating Christmas decorations. She is survived by her loving children: Susan (Dennis) Larberg of Spring Hill, FL, Jeffery (Antoinette) Maggio of The Philippines and Christopher (Melanie) Maggio of The Villages, FL; a brother: Patrick Russo of Heathrow, FL; two grandchildren: Jennifer Smith and Stacey Leggett; two great-grandchildren: Emily Larberg and Granger Smith and several nieces and nephews.
