My husband and I met Shirley and Grant the first week or so after we bought our home here, they pulled into our drive, and Shirley got out of her car and said you know this is our home, poor Dick just about fainted thinking he had bought our home and it still belonged to someone else. Shirley got such a kick out Dick’s reaction. She still laughed about it years later. She was a sweet friend that I am going to miss. I am so thankful for all the care that Jan W. gave her. She seemed at peace when I visited her at Harbor a week before she passed. She will sure be missed, she always made us feel special, especially Dick. Thanks giving the date,time and place for the service.
Shirley, Joan Cail, Joan Lodico and I loved to go to the Pasta Faire restaurant in Belview. Many, many times with lots of laughing and talking. Memories that mean a lot to me. Marnie Leopold
