Sara Grace Oliver's Obituary
Sara Grace Oliver, 26 of Eustis, Florida, lost her battle with grayzone lymphoma at home with family, Saturday, April 18, 2015.
The daughter of the late Frank J. Oliver and Katherine Oliver, who survives, she was born November 26, 1988 in Eustis, Florida. Sara grew up in Yalaha and attended Skeen, Oak Park, LHS and LSCC. She worked at the Yalaha Bakery & Olive Garden while studying to be a dental assistant. Employed by Heartland Dental she trained in their Altamonte, Ocala and Gainesville offices before becoming full time at the Lady Lake Location. She adored the job and the people she worked with were like family. Her goal was to become a mentor with the company, to train and inspire others.
Her heart was in the arts, painting, drawing, jewelry making, ceramics, etc. She loved her music, playing the trumpet and violin, and her stereo loud. She sang and danced, loved the beach, enjoyed gardening, shopping, hunting, fishing, children, animals and took pride in her home. She
shared her love and life with Brandon Blackmon, along with their dog Emma.
Sara is the granddaughter of Robert B. Baker and the late Miriam H. Baker of Sanford. She is survived by her brothers, Robert Oliver of Deltona and Michael Oliver of Sorrento.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Cornerstone Hospice for their support in her final days. A very special thank you to Janice, her nurse and her sisters in life Maya and Danielle.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 10:00am at Morrison Methodist Church in Leesburg, Florida.
