Sabine U. Preston, 64, of The Villages passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2018. Mrs. Preston was born September 16, 1953 in Bauson, Germany to Georg and Maria (Diessner) Wenke. She moved here in 2017 from Germany. Sabine was noted and well-respected chef in Germany. Her restaurants were known for their welcoming atmosphere that made the patron’s feel good about dining there. Survivors include her loving husband of 31 years, Michael; children, Shawn & Greta Preston and Michelle & Tony Smith; sister, Christina Wenke; brother, Claus Wenke and 3 grandchildren.
