Rudy P. Dubravetz, Sr., 73, of Wildwood, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2014. Mr. Dubravetz was born September 12, 1940 in Akron, OH to the late Rudy William and Mary (Gandy) Dubravetz. He moved to Wildwood in 1969 from Miami. He was a mechanic for the Union 76 truck stop in Wildwood for many years eventually becoming the manager. He was Catholic and loved Wii bowling, hunting, fishing, being a family man, cooking and serving others in need. Survivors include his loving wife of almost 54 years, Frances; son, Rudy, Jr. of Chuluota, FL; daughter, Patty (Jerry) Blackmon of Acworth, GA; brother, Jerry of Hollywood, FL; sister, Sharon Civetta of Hollywood, FL; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Rudy’s family and friends will celebrate his life Saturday, September 13, 2014, with a gathering from 11:00am to 12:00 noon, and a 12:00 noon service in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel, Wildwood.
