Ronald Edward Miller's Obituary
Ronald Edward Miller, 75, of Lake Panasoffkee, went to be with the Lord, Monday, September 15, 2014. Mr. Miller was born October 13, 1938 in Center Hill to the late Lawrence and Amelia (Shaw) Miller and has lived here all of his life. He graduated from Wildwood High School in 1956, served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a retired barber. He was a member of Discovery Church, an avid golfer and loved playing softball and basketball in the local semi-professional leagues. Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Annette; 2 daughters, Kimberley (Maloy) Kelly of Crystal River and Rhonda (Brian) Tillman of Wildwood; brother, Glenn Miller; 2 sisters, Mary Ann (Fred) Russ and Carol Lynn Stokes; 4 grandchildren, Amber (James) Peterson, Shawna Kelly, Jessica Tillman and Lanie Tillman; 2 great-grandchildren, Logan and Adyson Peterson along with many nieces and nephews. Ron’s family and friends will celebrate his life 11:00am, Saturday, September 20, 2014, in the Discovery Church. Visitation will begin 10:00am immediately preceding memorial service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Discovery Church, 204 Pine St. Wildwood FL 34785.
