Robert W. Bloom, 77, of Wildwood, FL., passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2011. He retired as a US Postmaster, and was of the Methodist Faith. He was born in Los Angeles, CA and moved to Wildwood in 1990 from Michigan. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He enjoyed playing golf. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 56 years Norma, 2 sons; Robert M. (Cindy) of Chicago, Il. and Andy (Cheryl) of Fruitland Park; 2 daughters, Susan (Jerry) Hansman of Yale, MI and Lori (Dennis) Stamper of Birmingham, AL; brother, William Edward (Marcia) of Lindsey, Ohio; 8 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. Visitation for Mr. Bloom will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2011 from 2-3 PM and funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel.
