Robert F Tritt's Obituary
Robert F. Tritt, 79, Oxford, Florida went to be with the Lord on January 19, 2013 under the loving care of his family and staff of Cornerstone Hospice at his residence. Mr. Tritt was born on March 1, 1933 to his parents John Robert and Flora Tritt in Haywood County, Tennessee. He served in the U.S. Air Force for over 24 years and had been a Flight Engineer on board the B-47 and B-52 Bomber during the Korean and Vietnam War. He moved to Oxford 2 ½ years ago from Orlando and was a member of the Pine Castle Church of Christ, Electrical Engineers Society and Disabled American Veterans. He is survived by his loving wife of 60years: Christine Tritt of Oxford, FL; three sons: John Tritt of Orlando, FL, Tom (Sherry) Tritt of Oxford, FL and Gary (Lorinda) Tritt of Oxford, FL; one sister: Jean Warf of Haywood County, TN; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 12:00pm (Noon) at Banks, Page-Theus Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida with Military Honors. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home. On-line remembrances may be shared by visiting www.bankspagetheus.com.
