Mr. Franklin was born on July 21, 1962 in Baltimore City, Maryland to his parents Robert and Janet Franklin. Mr. Franklin was a former welder in the sheet metal industry. He moved to the area in 2003 from Maryland. He is survived by his loving wife: Margaret Franklin of Wildwood, FL; Sons: Robert K. Franklin, III and Christopher Franklin, Daughter, Samantha.
