Robert Niel Ellis, 78, of Webster, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2010. Mr. Ellis was born in Wood River Township, IL. Mr. Ellis was a member of the United States Army. He worked as a diesel mechanic on heavy equipment. He is survived by his wife, Gloria of nineteen years .
