Edna, Rich, Sally & Gene,
We are so sad to learn of Richie's passing. He was 10 years my senior and always served as a great role model for his younger cousins. He was our first college student and would share his fishing experiences walking the surf while he attended the U. He was impressive in his Navy officer's uniform and we all appreciate his 20 years of service to our country and time in Vietnam. He remained our role model fishing, boating and golfing in the Keys. He had a wonderful life and he'll always hold a special ace in our hearts.
May he rest eternally in Jesus' warm embrace,

Guy and I would like to offer our deepest sympathy. Guy always talked about how he came down to the Keys and Richie took him fishing. I know he really enjoyed that peaceful life and it's a shame that we never made it down that way after that time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all of the family.

Dear Edna and Family,
I played Tennis with Richard for almost 15 years. It wasn't just the game that we enjoyed, but Richards sharp wit and dazzling personality. I was always happy to see him at the club and missed him when you moved away. As a fellow pilot we had a lot in common and he was always interested in the latest in aviation and the military. We had many great conversations and his knowledge and history in aviation was always intriguing to me.
Edna, I met you at a few civic functions and some parties. My heart goes out to you and your family, I will truly miss my friend. I'm sure that he is with God and smiling down on all of us.

Dear Edna,
Please accept my condolences for your loss.
Richard was a wonderful, charming man. I will never forget the enchanted evening we spent at the Woman's Club gala event. I enjoyed the delicious Malbec wine Richard selected and donated. It was very good. He said it was one of his very favorite wines.
I order and drink Malbec every chance possible, and always think of you and Richard, and reminisce on the evening and his generous gift to us.
I have missed you over the years, since you moved away from the Keys, and hope to see you again some day.
