Ralph John Millsap's Obituary
Ralph John Millsap, 95, of Coleman, went to be with the Lord Saturday, December 26, 2015. Mr. Millsap was born November 14, 1920 in Hartwell, WV to John A. and Nannie Lou (Beavers) Millsap. Ralph has lived in Coleman since about 1945. He retired from the maintenance department with the Sumter County School Board after 30 years of service and was a charter member of the Adamsville Baptist Church where he attended faithfully for 70 years. Ralph loved his church family as much as he loved his own. He was an avid sports fan especially football and baseball. Survivors include his sister, Clara Mizell of Coleman; brother, Frank Millsap of Waynesboro, Mississippi and 13 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and 3 sisters, Zelda Rouse, Louise Long and Dr. Mildred Mizell. Visitation will be 5:30 -7:30pm, Tuesday, December 29, 2015 with the funeral service 10:30am, Wednesday both in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel. Interment will follow the service in Adamsville Cemetery.
