Phyllis Teteak Berndt Arrowood's Obituary
Phyllis Teteak Berndt Arrowood, age 93, passed away at home August, 21, 2021 at Wildwood, Florida. Phyllis was born May 31, 1928, to Myles and Aritha Teteak in Oconto County, Wisconsin. She lived in Wisconsin, New York and Florida. Her first marriage was to Merle Berndt of Oshkosh, Wisconsin. They had two daughters, Genie Kuble (Michael) and Amy Thomas (Robert) both of Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In addition to her daughters, Phyllis is survived by her husband, Richard Arrowood, her sister, Joanne Marshall, her sisters in-law, Shirley Teteak and Lisa Nicolaisen, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by three step-sons, Richard Arrowood Jr., James Arrowood, and Mario Placho, and a sister-in-law, JoAnne Swanson. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Dick and Deral Teteak. Phyllis was a registered nurse in Wisconsin, New York, and Florida. She is known for starting the Home Health Care In Wildwood and Leesburg, Florida.
Services will be held at the First Christian Church (DOC) 6900 Warm Springs Ave.(CR 468) Wildwood, FL 34785 at 10:00 a.m. on September 20, 2021. Burial will be immediately following the services at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
