Paula Lucille Craig's Obituary
Paula Lucille Craig, 75, Bushnell, Florida passed away on September 29, 2023 at Select Specialty Hospital, Oxford, Florida with her loving husband by her side. Paula was born January 20, 1948 in Saginaw, Michigan to her parents Charles Edward Loachridge and Ellen May (Pease) Loachridge. Paula was a wonderful woman loved and respected by all who knew her.
She was a former Postal Carrier for the United States Postal Service and had worked in the Bushnell, Florida Post Office. She was raised by her adoptative family after the loss of her family in a tragic fire that killed her parents and siblings. She moved to Bushnell, Florida 35 years ago from Crossville, Tennessee. She was of the Methodist Faith. Paula was a proud member of the Postal Workers Union. She was a talented professional seamstress in her younger years.
Paula is survived by her loving husband of 21 years: Robert H. Craig, Jr. of Bushnell, FL; her adoptative mother: Loretta V. Lotridge of (City and State); two daughters: Mathena Joe Abramowitz and her husband Ian of Inverness, FL and Lorella Woods of Tennessee; a sister: Sherry; two granddaughters: Amara Carbonne and Heaven Lee Woods and a great-granddaughter.
She was preceded death by her Mother and Father, her brother, her sister, her adoptative father, Elmer J. Lotridge and her adoptative brother, Butch.
