Patricia Harp Brown's Obituary
Patricia Harp Brown, 79, of Oxford, FL passed away Saturday, May 31, 2025. She was born January 17, 1946, in Miami, FL to Osa Jackson Harp Jr. and Jessie Ruth Harp.
Pat was best known as a loving wife, mother, and friend. Her contagious laughter, joyful smile and giving heart were among her greatest attributes. She always left things a little brighter and brought out the good in everyone. Her loves included her grandchildren, her spoiled pets, visiting friends and family, and marveling at all the beauty that God created (flowers, walking on the beach, the sound of the waves, and collecting seashells). She lived her life with purpose and knew her final home would one day be in Heaven.
Her journey home was preceded by her parents Jack and Ruth, brother Osa (Chip) Jackson Harp Jr. and her sister Michelle Harp McCombs.
She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Junior Brown, son, William Brown and wife Tina, and daughter Tonya Miller and husband Jay. Brother David Harp and wife Linda. Pat was a proud Nana to 10 grandchildren and 4 great – grandchildren. She was also blessed with many close family and friends.
There will be graveside service held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Pine Level Cemetery in Oxford, FL. Celebration of life will be held at the Pine Level Community Center directly following the service.
