Patrick William Hord, Sr., 63, of Coleman, passed away Monday, December 7, 2015. Mr. Hord was born October 30, 1952 in Chicago, IL to Robert Richard and Barbara Jeanne (Dodge) Hord. Pat has lived here most of his life, he was a U.S. Navy Veteran of Vietnam. Pat had worked as a concrete finisher for most of his career and then worked for the City of Wildwood until he was forced to retire due to his health. Pat enjoyed fishing, playing pool and playing his guitar and singing. Survivors include his son, Pat Hord, Jr (Sandy) of Ashville, NC; daughter,
Carrie McClung (John) of Ashville, NC, brother, Mike Hord (Cindy) of Morristown, TN, sister, Debbie Lord of Wildwood and his 6 grandchildren that he adored, Timothy and Rebekah Hord, Hannah and Cortney Chilson, Darien and Derick McClung. Pat’s family and friends will celebrate his life 2:00pm, Saturday, December 12, 2015, in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel, 410 Webster St., Wildwood, FL 34785.
