As a child, I was privileged to get to know Pam and her parents when we were all in the same congregation in Orlando, FL. She quickly became one of my closest friends, and I recall spending many memorable times with her family, a recipient of their Christian hospitality. I was heartbroken when they moved to Arizona, but we became "pen pals" and shared our lives through countless letters. As we grew up, we enjoyed many wonderful vacations together, enjoying the beauty of Flagstaff, the glory of Sedona, the "home" of Florida through each other's eyes. We were introduced to each other's friends and soon became a part of their lives as well. Pam was a loyal friend. She was there in good times and rough times. We were in each other's weddings; we experienced the deaths of our parents and eventually her own husband, Frank's, death. Through it all, Pam never lost her love for Jehovah, her zeal for the Truth, her endearing smile, her comforting words, her loyalty and loyal love. She shall be truly missed...until Jehovah tells her to "wake up and get ready to live forever". What a joyous time that will be! I would like to take this time to extend my family's sympathy to her extended family and dear friends who took care of her at the end. May Jehovah bless you and remember your acts of loving kindness!
