Norvell Eugene Runyon's Obituary
Norvell Eugene “Gene” Runyon, 79, of Wildwood passed away Friday, January 13, 2012. Mr. Runyon was born December 3, 1932 in Fredonia, Kansas and moved to Wildwood in 1987 from Santa Anna, Ca. He retired from McDonnell – Douglas as a manager, was a U.S. Navy Veteran, a 50+ year member of the Oviedo Masonic Lodge #243, F&AM and a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Leesburg Lodge #1271. Survivors include his loving wife of 28 years, Cherry; son, Ronald Eugene of Wildwood; daughters, Deborah K. Durham of Altamonte Springs and Terri Lynn Rein of Orlando; stepsons, John, Tony and Charles Bissell all of Diamond Head, Ms.; brother, Jack of Ok.; sisters, Cynthia Pierce of Mo. and Myrna Morley of Ks. along with 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Gene Runyon will be held 3:00pm, Tuesday, January 17, 2012 in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel with visitation prior to the service from 2:00 until 3:00pm.
