Neatro Christian Warens' Obituary
Neatro Christian Warens, age 19, of Oxford, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2009. He was born in Miami and moved to Oxford in 2002 from Hialeah. He was a member of Grace Tabernacle. Prior to a tragic accident severing his spinal cord on March 14, 2008, Neatro was a star baseball player, pitching and playing shortstop for Wildwood High and playing on a national champion baseball team (The Juice) as well as a professional scout team. Neatro had also played football for The Villages High School as a running back and middle linebacker. Survivors include his parents, Mandy and Nicky Warens; 2 sisters, Nicia Maranti and Cassie Warens; a niece, Kasey Maranti; maternal grandparents, Andrea Corvea and Felix Fiallo; paternal grandparents, Zenandia and Constino Munoz and his girlfriend, Krystal Baker. Visitation for Neatro will be held 5:00 - 8:00PM, Tuesday, September 1, 2009, in The Grace Tabernacle with the funeral service at 8:00PM. Interment services will be 10:00A.M., Wednesday, September 2, 2009 in the Pine Level Cemetery, Oxford
