What wonderful memories I have of Nancy. She was very intelligent and we had very interesting conversations.
What fun we had in the 7th and 8th grade with overnight stays at the wonderful Shaweker cabin on St. Rt. 800, with Mary Jane as our chaperone. We had Halloween parties there, dancing with our dates to records, and eating glazed doughnuts with cider.
A few years ago when she visited, I was able to get a key to the cabin (now owned by the "40 & 8" organization). She and I once again visited the property and re-lived all those old memories. I think she enjoyed that very much.
Rest in peace dear old friend.
