Murray Ralph McLellan's Obituary
Murray Ralph McLellan, 87, of Silver Springs, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2019. Mr. McLellan was born August 11, 1932 in New Brunswick, Canada to George and Alma (Crabtree) McLellan. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp and was a Korean War Veteran. Murray retired as an interior decorator. He had moved to Miami from Connecticut many years ago and then made the move to Silver Springs in 1996. Survivors include his loving wife, Connie, whom he married on August 11, 2016 after a long relationship; children, Gary McLellan (Becky) of TX, Greg McLellan (Jan) of CT, Robin Widger of FL, Basil West “BJ” (Vivian) of CT and Nichelle Updike (Eric) of FL; stepchildren, Denise Francis of FL and Anita Ferguson of FL; siblings, Robert McLellan (Ursula) of CT and Audrey Bergenty (John) of CT; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren with another on the way. Murray was preceded in death by his son, Murray McLellan, Jr. Visitation will be 11:00am - 1:00pm, Monday, December 16, 2019 in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel, Wildwood.
