Longenbach, Mindy D.'s Obituary
Mindy Dale Longenbach, 64, Davenport, Florida passed away on December 11, 2025 at the George C. Forsythe Hospice House in Auburndale, Florida surrounded by her family. Mindy was born on February 22, 1961 in Reading, Pennsylvania to her parents Gary Holmes and Della (Herrmann) Holmes.
Mindy moved to Davenport in 2022 from Macungie, Pennsylvania. She was of Lutheran faith and was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran in Clermont, Florida. Mindy also liked to read the Bible every day. She liked to play “Brain Games” like Sudoku. Mindy enjoyed watching television programs like Two and Half Men, The Big Bang Theory and General Hospital. She also enjoyed the movie Beauty and the Beast. Mindy liked to donate to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Mindy is survived by her loving daughters: Kelly Longenbach of Davenport, FL. and Jody Passalis and her husband Michael of Kissimee, FL; two brothers: Brian Holmes of Laureldale, PA. and Glen Holmes of Reading, PA; several loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband Randy Longenbach.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www:stjude.org in Mindy’s loving memory.
