Mary Joyce Boulay's Obituary
Mary Joyce Boulay, 91, of The Villages, FL, began her Heavenly journey on February 7, 2026. Joyce was born on August 8, 1934, in Woonsocket, RI, to her loving parents; Arthur and Catherine (Joyce) Haggerty. Joyce grew up in Rhode Island and worked in management for Verizon for 36 years before her retirement. She then relocated to Somerset, MA, before settling in Florida in 2007. Joyce was of the Catholic faith and was attending St. Timothy's Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending her time snow skiing, traveling, and was very proud of her Irish heritage. Joyce even visited Ireland several times, which is where she met her loving husband, Paul. She enjoyed crafting and sharing her contagious smile with friends and family. Joyce is survived by two stepchildren; Charles (Ida) and James (Jane) Boulay, as well as four stepgrandchildren and several stepgreat grandchildren. She is also survived by a loving cousin Jane (Dennis), and numerous other loving extended family members. Joyce is preceded in passing by her first husband, Skip Gibbons, second husband, Paul Boulay, a brother, Francis Haggerty, and her parents, Arthur and Catherine Haggerty.
