Rev. Martin L Wambach's Obituary
Rev. Martin L. Wambach, 86, Summerfield, Florida went to be with the Lord on October 5, 2017 at his residence under the loving care of family. Martin was born on December 12, 1930 in Chichora, Pennsylvania to his parents Martin Lee Wambach and Pearle Jane (Crawford) Wambach. He was a Minister for many years with the Allegheny Wesleyan Methodist Church and served the Lord at many churches over his career. He was a graduate of Pillar of Fire College in Zarephath, New Jersey and Transylvania Bible College in Transylvania Pennsylvania. He was devoted to his Lord and Savior and was a wonderful witness of God. He wrote “Sermonettes from the Heart” these were published in the Hartsville, Ohio newspaper and were published in book form. He wrote “Songs of Triumph” along with other songs and poems. He was an evangelist and pastored numerous churches, Including his pioneer church, The Hartville A.M.W. Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years: Shirley Wambach of Summerfield, FL; a son: Marty Wambach of Mineral City, OH; four daughters: Esther (Dennis) Carter of Hope Mills, NC, Robin Boutwell of San Antonio, TX, Rebecca (Jonathan) Covert of Ridgeville, IN and Rachel (Chad) Nuckols of Ridgeville, IN; a sister: Virginia Carson of Claymont, DE; eleven grandchildren: Michelle, Joey, Steven, Matthew, Alisa, Doug, Ethan, Emily, Josiah, Clare and Josie; eight great-grandchildren: Brandon, Michaela, Molly, Lilly, George, Sadie, Bryan. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 2:00PM at Calvary Community Church in Dallas, Florida with burial to follow at Crum Cemetery, Summerfield, Florida. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00PM till the hour of service at Calvary Community Church in Dallas, Florida.
