Martin Snader's Obituary
Martin Snader, 95, passed away December 4, 2024 under the care of Hospice of Marion County at The Ted & Diane Brandley Hospice House surrounded by his loving family. Martin was born on August 18, 1929 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to parents Charles Snader and Bessie (Kratchman) Snader.
He was a Graphic Designer in the Corporate Advertising Industry and was the owner of Martin Snader Lettering and Art. Martin was of the Jewish faith and was a Member of Congregation Beth Sholom of Leesburg, Florida. A Member of B’rith Shalom in New Jersey. A Member of The Jewish Community Center of Cherry Hill, NJ and was a Member of the Philadelphia Art Guild. Martin was a proud United States Army Veteran serving in the occupation of Germany after World War II.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years: Judith Snader of The Villages, FL; two sons: Scott Snader of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Eric Snader and his wife Jody Ritter of Austin, TX; four daughters: Sherie Troendle and her husband Rick of Atco, NJ, Harriet D’Alonzo and her husband Tony of Berlin, NJ, Barbara Alber and her husband Bob of Orlando, FL and Sylvia Baker and her husband Chris of Mt. Laurel, NJ; thirteen loving grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Burial will take place on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 1:30PM at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida, with Military Honors. A memorial service will follow at the Snader residence in The Villages.
