Dear Mr. Whiteside & family.I wanted you to know how sad I was to hear of Mrs. Whiteside's passing. I have thought of both of you many, many times over these last 50 plus years and the influence you had on me from just knowing you at Ridley Township High School. Mrs. Whiteside (as I always refer to her) was the music in my life at Ridley, Her expression of singing like an iron fist with a velvet glove has been with me all these years. Our concerts and ensemble times will never be forgotten. What a special lady she was.
