Farver, Marilyn M.'s Obituary
Marilyn M. Farver, 89, Sebring, Florida passed away on September 25, 2025 at Fellowship Home at the Fairway in Sebring, Florida with her loving husband by her bedside. Marilyn was born on May 1, 1936 in Spencer, Ohio to her parents Elvery Massie and Helen Pearl (Nash) Massie.
Marilyn and her husband Roger had moved to Sebring, Florida 30 years ago from Canfield, Ohio. She was of the Lutheran faith. She and her husband were members of The Loyal Order of the Moose in Sebring, Florida. Marilyn was a wonderful Homemaker with many talents. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning, sewing, gardening, canning and redecorating. Marilyn was also an Interior Decorator who took great pride in her work. She flipped houses for resale, managed restaurants and was a caregiver to elderly people.
Marilyn is survived by her loving husband of 60 years: Roger Larron Farver; two sons: Stephen Brent Heitz and his wife Julie and Elvery Scott Heitz; two daughters: Stephanie Heitz and Brenda Traub; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a loving niece.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers the donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Marilyn’s loving memory.
